- Amount of bad debts due
- Number of recovery Attorneys/ agencies that have previously worked on the account
- Location of debtor
- Whether there is a guarantor of the debt obligation
- Mode of Recovery
- Merits of the claim
Fees Structure
AMICABLE NEGOTIATION
We work on contingency fee model with success fee ranging from 15% to 20% of the claim amount recovered plus advanced marginal handling charges that is determined, considering the age, amount and location of debtor which will be adjusted towards success fee etc.
LEGAL NEGOTIATION
We work on contigency fee model with success fee ranging from 15% to 25% of the claim amount recovered plus advanced marginal upfront cost that is determined, considering the age,amount and location of debtor which will be adjusted towards success fee etc.
LEGAL ACTION (LITIGATION)
We work on Hybrid fees model with marginal retainers fees in advance coupled with success fee ranging from 15% to 30% of the claim amount recovered plus court fees and expenses as per actual which will be adjusted towards success fee that is determined, depending upon the type of dispute, age, amount and location of the claim etc.
